We just got our basement waterproofed this last week. We have had water in our basement for years. First big rain and no water!! Doug came over as we were taking bids. He was thorough and did a fantastic job explaining what would happen. He was readily available for follow-up questions. The crew came over, around 6 guys, and finished the whole process in a week. Dewayne was a fantastic crew leader! He answered our questions and showed us what was going on. The entire crew were professional and courteous. Brenda in the office helped us tremendously with the financing. I would definitely recommend Greentree Waterproofing to anyone needing this done!!

We had some issues with seepage in our finished basement so gave Bill a call at Greentree. When he came out he did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house to see if there was a simple solution. There wasn’t, so he suggested several courses of action that didn’t require any major repairs. Unfortunately those didn’t work either so he gave me what I felt was a very competitive quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. It’s been a little over a year and we have had very heavy rains since the repair work was completed. Basement has remained completely dry. I highly recommend Greentree for quality work and peace of mind of a dry basement.

Greentree does the job right and stands behind their work. I had problems with rain water coming in through the egress window wells. we tried everything others recommended - nothing worked. every big downpour brought muddy water into the basement. then we called Greentree. they were professional, prompt and did very neat work. they guaranteed they would solve the problem no one else could. it took 3 tries to get the problem solved but they kept coming back at no charge till it worked. they were very nice, and hard working men. I highly recomend.
