We just got our basement waterproofed this last week. We have had water in our basement for years. First big rain and no water!! Doug came over as we were taking bids. He was thorough and did a fantastic job explaining what would happen. He was readily available for follow-up questions. The crew came over, around 6 guys, and finished the whole process in a week. Dewayne was a fantastic crew leader! He answered our questions and showed us what was going on. The entire crew were professional and courteous. We had some issues with seepage in our finished basement so gave Bill a call at Greentree. When he came out, he did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house to see if there was a simple solution. There wasn’t, so he suggested several courses of action that didn’t require any major repairs. Unfortunately, those didn’t work either, so he gave me what I felt was a very competitive quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. It’s been a little over a year and we have had very heavy rains since the repair work was completed. Basement has remained completely dry. I highly recommend Greentree for quality work and peace of mind of a dry basement.
